Our formal Terms of Service are being finalised by counsel. The summary below describes the current commercial terms. For the binding agreement or commercial enquiries, contact legal@lfms.example.
Subscription
LFMS is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Each firm starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly via BayarCash. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use LFMS only for lawful practice management activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input and for ensuring your team's use complies with the Bar Council's practice directives, AMLA 2001, PDPA 2010, and other applicable Malaysian law.
Data ownership
Your firm retains ownership of all data entered into the platform. LFMS is granted a limited licence to process the data only for the purpose of providing the service.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and use commercial best-effort to maintain service. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from third- party outages (Supabase, BayarCash, payment processors).
Limitation of liability
LFMS is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
